Many years ago we worked together to create this artwork and put our finger prints somewhere. Maybe your's are here as part of the petals (Directors, Students and Staff, Alumni, Friends of CD, Counsellors, Supervision students). It is also a reminder of a chapter in our own story and those we cherish bringing their passion to the cause of actionable hope in our wotld - through pastoral narrartive practices.

This is still what is on our hearts as a community.

"[W]e are interested in working with people to bring forth and thicken stories that do not support or a sustain problems. As people begin to inhabit and live out the alternative stories, the results are beyond solving problems. Within the new stories people live out new self images, new possibilities for relationships and new futures." (Freedman & Combs 1996:16)

An Easter message.
Wishing everyone in our community, alumni, and public a happy and meaningful Easter.

These four days, Thursday to Sunday is why we exist as Coram Deo: Where the story turns from shame, dispair, fear, confusion, hopelessness, to where the door of hope is swung wide open on the alternative Story. In this, hope turns from an abstract noun to a verb, and for Coram Deo, to hope-collaboration.

You will see. The story (and your story) is not over. It has only begun!
