Everything you eat is information and causes a myriad of chemical responses in your body. Over time this could lead to either a permanent state of inflammation or a reduced state of inflammation. A body free from inflammation is better equipped to deal with stressors.

It took you years of habits to get you to this point of illness or dis-ease, don’t expect it to turn around in 6 or 12 weeks or whatever rubbish the “get there quick Schemes” are promising. Make consistent choices. Change your paradigms regarding nutrition, stress, exercise and your lifestyle and see the bad stuff start falling away. Transformation takes time. Do 👏🏼 the 👏🏼 work 👏🏼

Too many schemes out there for quick 'health' - detox this, cleanse that, medicate this, supplement with that. You have to put in the work if you truly want to reap the rewards of your healthy body. You can't eat like crap, rarely ever exercise, drink almost nightly, and think you'll be able to get healthy by doing some new 'cleanse'. Stop taking shortcuts. Put in the damn work.

Treat your body like a temple. I'm to blame for this as well, I'm not perfect and I have cravings that I give into as well. But if I was suffering from a chronic health condition, I would make it a priority to be stricter on not eating chemicals that are found in many foods.
