Dear Friends,

Head and Neck Cancer Alliance, in partnership with RTI International (RTI), a non-profit research organization in North Carolina, is seeking patients with recurrent or metastatic squamous cell cancer of the head and neck (SCCHN) to participate in an opinion-based study.

If you qualify and are selected to participate, you will receive a $100 gift card.

Your decision to take part in this study is completely voluntary, and please be assured that the personal information you provide will be kept confidential. No selling or solicitation will result from your participation. To learn more about this study, or to find out if you are eligible, please call (919) 391-8389 or toll-free at 877-344-1574.
