Spending too much time on screens can affect your eyes and overall health. 📱👀Prolonged screen exposure can lead to digital eye strain, causing symptoms like headaches and fatigue. It can also contribute to insomnia, brain fog, anxiety, and short-term memory issues, disrupting your sleep patterns and affecting your mental well-being.

Remember to take regular breaks, follow the 20-20-20 rule (every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds), and adjust your screen settings for comfort. Your eyes and mind will thank you!
