Gassy tummies are so common in babies — and so uncomfortable for everyone involved. 💛 The good news? Gentle movement, positioning and connection can make a real difference. These simple, supportive techniques are often used to help ease trapped gas and bring relief, while also strengthening bonding and body awareness.
✨ Always move at your baby’s pace and trust your instincts.
📌 This is general guidance, not a medical diagnosis — if concerns persist, chat to your healthcare professional.

“The long holiday is finally over. We loved the memories, the late mornings, and the extra family time… but let’s be honest — we also loved them enough to send them back to school. Lunchboxes are packed, routines are returning, and parents everywhere are quietly celebrating the end of a very long, very loud holiday.”

ADHD is not a deficit of ability, but a condition of self-regulation.

As illustrated above, when ADHD is well regulated—through appropriate supports, routines, therapy, skills, and when indicated, medication—core traits such as curiosity, creativity, empathy, leadership, and innovation are more accessible.

When ADHD is dysregulated, the same nervous system may present with emotional flooding, scattered attention, impulsivity, anxiety, or rejection sensitivity.

This contrast highlights an important clinical truth: supporting regulation doesn’t change who a person is—it allows their strengths to emerge.
(For education only; diagnosis and management should be done by a qualified healthcare professional.)

Your name is called on repeat, your stuff is no longer yours, and every plan depends on naps, snacks, and vibes. You can find things no one else can, survive on crumbs, and operate on zero sleep. It’s loud, messy, slightly unhinged—and somehow you’re the one holding it all together - This is motherhood.

Autism can present very differently in girls. Some may appear energetic and social, while others seem quiet or anxious—both are valid presentations within the autism spectrum.

These differences are often overlooked, leading to delayed identification and support. Recognising diverse traits allows for earlier assessment, appropriate intervention, and better outcomes.

I thought becoming a mom would unlock patience, wisdom, and grace. Instead, it unlocked the ability to find things with my eyes closed and hear snacks being opened from three rooms away.
