I find something so beautiful in a relay, I always have and it is my favorite item in athletics to watch.

It speaks to my heart - you are not alone, there is a team that you can count on.

Isn't that incredibly beautiful?

We tag team each other, we take over when the other has done their part, when they are tired and need our help. All of them still part of the same team with the same goal.

Surround yourself with people you can hand that baton to when needed. On the same team we run in the same lane, cheering each other on as we hand over the baton.
