Position: IT Technician - PRETORIA EAST

Well establish company in Pretoria East is currently seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team, to contribute to the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end-users, responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues in a timely manner.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates and backups.
Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving any issues or vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement IT solutions and strategies.
Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for reference and training purposes.
Assist in the planning and ex*****on of IT projects, such as system migrations or upgrades.
Provide training and support to users on IT systems and applications as needed.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Proven experience working in an IT support role, preferably in a corporate environment.

Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and other enterprise-level IT systems.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting telephonic interactions with patients to support medication management. Experience in a call center environment will be advantageous, but is not required.

The ideal candidate will have completed his/her three years' articles and possess a strong understanding of quality management systems and auditing principles.

As a Quality Management Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of our quality management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct internal audits of quality management systems to assess compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes and procedures and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop audit plans and schedules based on risk assessments and organizational priorities.
• Prepare audit reports detailing findings, observations, and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified non-conformities.
• Provide guidance and support to departments in implementing quality management best practices.

Requirements:

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, or related field (Pharmacist background preferred).

Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyse data, forecast sales, and adjust strategies accordingly.
