I am a long term psychodynamic psychotherapist, this means that I follow a broad scope when consulting and collaborating with my clients. Everybody and everything that you have had contact with in your life have a important and prominent impact on how you have come to be who you are today and they also shape the ways in which you experience your world and the world around you.

My approach is a long term journey that follows Object Relations Therapy's theoretical framework. This means that it is a collaborative process where I acknowledge specific needs and facilitate your ability to overcome your identified challenges. ​ I discuss this framework with each client in more detail at the end of our first session.
