We believe that having a healthy lifestyle and staying physically active is essential to a successful recovery. Our location grants residents the freedom to enjoy sporting and outdoor activities daily. Life skill courses are taught at group therapy sessions by the Head of Programme. Residents receive certificates on completion of the skills programme.
