What to do with droopy eyelids?
Non-invasively one may use botulinum toxin on the outer third of the eyebrow, but the lift is limited as the eye muscle is attached around the orbit.
One may also do a brow lift with a threads which may help with the droopy eyelids. The permanent and definite solution is the removal of the excess skin, as a cosmetic indication. It is easily done under local anaesthesia, and skin only is removed. The most important part of this procedure is measuring and marking the amount of skin that needs to be removed.
