🔥 How to Remove K-Tape the RIGHT Way 💪

K-tape is awesome for support, recovery, and keeping you moving…
BUT taking it off properly is just as important as putting it on!

✅ Top removal tips:
* Don’t rip it off like a band-aid 😅
* Peel it back slowly and keep it close to the skin
* Use baby oil, olive oil, coconut oil or warm water to loosen the adhesive
* Remove in the direction of hair growth for less discomfort
* If your skin feels itchy, sore, or looks irritated - take it off immediately

Good taping = good recovery… and good removal = happy skin 👌

✨ Belly K-Taping for Support in the 3rd Trimester 🤰💛

As your bump grows, it’s normal to feel extra strain in the lower back, pelvis, and abdominal area. One gentle tool that can sometimes help is kinesiology taping for belly support.

When applied correctly, belly taping may assist with:
✔️ Lower back relief
✔️ Pelvic support
✔️ Reduced “heavy bump” feeling
✔️ Better comfort during daily movement

⚠️ Important reminder:
Always speak to your physiotherapist before trying taping during pregnancy. Every body and pregnancy is different, and placement matters.

Pregnant skin and bellies can also be much more sensitive, so please make sure you are not allergic or reactive to the adhesive before using tape. If you feel itching, burning, or redness make sure to remove it immediately.
