Back tomorrow teachings Calm Hatha .
Recovering from sickness, holidays, busyness, work flurry and more sickness. Plus the cold of winter.
My urge is to keep hibernating, but realise that a slow paced, soft movement helps keep everything going... Keeps the immunity going, mind even, and allows nourishment when that feels scarce in winter.
Winter is a time to slow down but we don't have to completely stop and calcify!. The key is nourishment and surrendering.
Patanjali sutras can be interpreted that finding effortless in the infinite... I like to feel that softening,
Leads to receiving, leads to nourishment, love and ability to let go.
Come join me for some calm, gentle movement to warm our bodies as well as our soul.
