Southwest Seasoning

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper for extra heat
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients: chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, ground coriander, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if desired.

🧂 𝗗𝗜𝗬 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗲

4 tbsp chipotle chili powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp granulated garlic
3/4 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried Mexican oregano
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Mix all above spies together. Keep in a cool dry place.
