Competent Medical Secretary Needed in Mahube Valley
Our practice in Mahube Valley is seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Secretary to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, handling paperwork, and ensuring the smooth flow of the practice. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phones, managing appointments, and greeting patients.
Handling patient information, medical aid claims, and billing.
Preparing medical records and other necessary documentation.
Communicating with patients and doctors.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
