We are looking for a practical, hands-on Facilities Manager to take full responsibility for the daily operations of our facility. This role includes overseeing maintenance, safety, security, staff supervision, contractors and general building upkeep and reports directly to the CEO.

🔧 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
✔ Oversee maintenance of buildings, equipment & vehicles
✔ Manage maintenance schedules & inspections
✔ Supervise maintenance, security & support staff
✔ Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
✔ Oversee security systems & incident investigations
✔ Manage contractors & service providers
✔ Provide regular reports to management
✔ Assist with budgeting & cost control

📌 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Matric
• 5+ years’ experience in facilities/building management
• Knowledge of solar systems & generators
• Health & Safety knowledge
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Computer literate
• Valid driver’s licence & own transport
• Excellent health
• PDP licence (advantage)

⏰ 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀:
40-hour week (flexibility required)
Bi-weekly after-hours standby (including weekends)
