**Notice to Patients**
Dear Valued Patients,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I have developed Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) as a complication from my shoulder injury. Unfortunately, I am currently experiencing a severe flare-up and am undergoing treatment to manage this condition.

In light of this, I regret to inform you that I am unable to conduct consultations at this time. My commitment to providing you with the best possible care is of utmost importance to me, and I believe it is in your best interest to reschedule your appointment until I am able to return to practice. You can continue to order your products at orders@slendermed.co.za. If your script has expired please inform Estelle and we will do our best to assist and accommodate you without compromising your health.

I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this challenging time. Our team will be reaching out to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.

I hope this notice finds you in good health. I wanted to inform you that I have been discharged and am currently recovering at home.

Unfortunately, my shoulder sustained more trauma than initially anticipated.

During the next few weeks, I kindly ask for your understanding and patience. Rest assured, my dedicated team will do their utmost best to ensure that your treatment is not interrupted. Your health remains our top priority, and we will continue to provide the same level of care and attention you have come to expect.

I am deeply grateful for each message of support and for the continued trust you have placed in me. Your well-being is of utmost importance, and I look forward to resuming my regular practice as soon as possible.
