Having some fun with my 3rd year students as we explore EMS. ⚡ Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) – More Than a Buzz! EMS is a powerful tool we use in our Biokinetics sessions to activate, strengthen, and retrain muscles — especially when traditional movement is limited or when you’re chasing performance gains.
💪 For athletes: EMS helps improve muscle strength, endurance, and recovery, and can even enhance neuromuscular activation during training.
🧠 For rehabilitation: It’s an incredible aid in stroke recovery, post-surgical rehab, and injury prevention, helping muscles fire correctly again when normal movement patterns are disrupted.
