Do you struggle with planning your nutrition to see better results in your fat loss ?

Many people tell me about how they ‘watch their diet’ or ‘do their best to eat healthy’, but aren’t sure why they can’t see the results they’re after.

The first question always remains: Do you track calories accurately and consistently, and have you for the last few months without taking weekends off?

If no, thats where you start.

If yes, great! ONLY NOW can you properly plan and make the most out of meal prepping. Heres the formula I like to follow:

🥩 Choose 1-3 protein sources
🍠 Choose 1-3 carb sources
🥑 Choose 1-3 fat sources
🔘 Bulk cook carbs and proteins
🔘 Weigh out even/similar portions of each into each meal container
🔘 Add 1-2 cups veggies per meal
🔘 Consume fats on the side/during day
