We’re quick to label the behavior.

To see it as something that needs correcting, something that’s a bit too much, a bit too inconvenient.

But what if we paused,
and looked at what’s underneath it?

Because children don’t seek attention for the sake of it.
They reach for connection in the only ways they know how.

And when we shift how we see it,
we don’t just respond differently —
we meet the need instead of managing the behavior.

And that’s where things begin to change. ❤️

Whatever way you chose to bring your baby into this world - it is important to have your Plan.

This is something that should align with your beliefs. Your partner should also be aware of your wants with regards to your birth plan and be 100% supportive of your wishes.

One of the important tasks of a doula is to help you create your birth plan. By asking the questions that matter you can build your plan to what feels important to you.

Once you have your birth plan you can then decide if your current caregiver supports your wishes.

It is a process but one very worth doing.

This is the ultimate initiation and a free Spiritual upgrade.

Yes it looks different for everyone and that is the great thing. There is no set way of how it should be. It should just align with your truth.

How are you going to harness that power and that life force pulsing through your body?

When we birth we go from maidenhood into motherhood. We receive these gifts we never knew we had inside of us. We align to some higher force and become deeply intuitive. We become Mothers.

We only have the opportunity to experience birth a few times, some moms only once.

Are you going to chose to step through this as consciously and in-tune with your baby as possible? Will you provide that safe landing space for. your baby to fully be embraced and welcomed into this world with love and gentleness?

Everyone choses a different birth path, and that is the beauty of life, we have many options, but make informed choices for yourself that aligns with your believes and what you think is important.

Tick those boxes with your health care providers. Don't be shy to withhold any questions. Ask what you feel is important.

You do not have this experience every day, they do. Make it special for yourself.
