“The beauty of Savvy with Samke is that it makes these topics approachable. You might be going through perimenopause or struggling with burnout or debt, and here’s a conversation that shows you you’re not alone, and there are tools and people who can help. That’s what Profmed is enabling.”

You've seen her in Savvy with Samke, and across media platforms in South Africa, so you could be forgiven for thinking you know Samke Mhlongo ❤️

But there's another side to the internationally acclaimed speaker, award-winning wealth coach, and best-selling author. No stranger to the Profmed family, this special medical aid member of ours opened up about wellness, the importance of tackling difficult conversations, and how crucial caring for our bodies and minds has become.
