Yesterday, we celebrated 7 incredible years of Wings and Me, a certified Pranic Energy Healing (PEH) center in Africa. Seven years of growth, learning, and, most importantly, service. As we reflected on this journey, what stood out most was seeing new faces—people stepping in, seeking healing, guidance, and hope.

Their presence reminded us why we started this work: to serve, to uplift, and to bring light to those in need. Every person who walks through our doors renews our commitment to our mission. It’s a reminder that healing is not just a practice—it’s a calling, a responsibility, and a privilege.

As a way of giving back, we are hosting a full day of free healing on Saturday, 15th November 2025, from 11 AM to 5 PM, at our centre in Randburg. We invite everyone seeking support, guidance, or simply a moment of rejuvenation to join us.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey—our community, our students, and everyone who has entrusted us with their healing. Here’s to continuing to grow, to serve, and to touch more lives in the years to come. 💛

This profound quote reminds us of the importance of mindful communication. Our words have the power to heal or harm, and it’s essential to choose kindness, gentleness, and non-injurious language in our interactions.

Often, we may unintentionally cause harm with our words due to unconscious patterns, emotions, or stress. We might speak impulsively, use harsh tones, or criticize others, leading to hurt feelings and damaged relationships.

To rewire our brains and cultivate non-injurious communication, practice this neuroplasticity exercise:

Take a few deep breaths before speaking.
Reflect on the intention behind your words.
Choose words that uplift, support, and inspire others.
Notice how others respond to your kind and gentle words.
