Jenny West Massage Therapeutic massage can help to regain and maintain muscle tone, which will enhance one's wellbeing.

Therapeutic massage is applied to specific muscles in order to address specific needs and health conditions. The targeted muscles are manipulated to restore, develop or enhance specific functions. It can aid in the healing process, decrease muscle reflex activity, inhibit motor-neuron excitability and promote relaxation and well-being. My speciality is paediatric massage, and I do work with animals as well.

To all my patients and clients. I've have had an incredible work journey with all of you. And I appreciate the incredible privilege that I have had in treating all of you.
Unfortunately I neglected myself and now am in a situation where my body cannot take any more. So with a very heavy heart I announce that I will be retiring from my practice to concentrate on healing myself.
It has been an incredible privilege to know everyone of you. And I thank you all for the support over the last fifteen years.
My last working day will be Tuesday the 14 th March.
