I got asked to MC a kids birthday . . . and WOW, my heart is FULL 💛✨

There is something so magical about being in that playful, free, child-like energy. It reminded me why I’m so passionate about bringing this into my work too.

We forget that healing doesn’t always have to be serious… sometimes it looks like:
– handstands & cartwheels 🤸‍♀️
– getting creative 🎨
– being outside in the sunshine ☀️
– laughing for no reason at all

That child-like state is where joy lives. It’s where freedom lives. And honestly . . . it’s where a lot of healing happens too 🌿
