A private, homely alternative to traditional retirement living, beautifully located in Berario, close to Northcliff, Cresta & Fairlands 🏡💛
We currently have 2 private rooms and 1 cottage available, ready to welcome their new residents from 1 July.
This is not a facility… it is a home where life is shared, supported, and truly lived.
If you or a loved one no longer wishes to live alone, and instead desires a warm, secure environment filled with companionship, comfort, and gentle daily rhythm—this may be the perfect place.
All-inclusive monthly living experience:
• 24-hour personalised care and support
• Dr on call if necessary.
• All meals are freshly prepared daily + snacks & fruit throughout the day.
• Daily high tea.
• Laundry and full housekeeping.
• Meaningful companionship and shared daily living.
• Weekly in-home yoga and wellness classes.
• Hairdresser & beautician home visits if needed.
• Driver & companion service for outings, shopping, and coffee trips.
Our home has been intentionally designed as a small, intimate residence, ensuring each person receives genuine attention, presence, and care - never lost in a crowd.
When completed, residents will be able to enjoy shared spaces including a communal lounge, sunroom with library and games, and a serene patio overlooking the koi pond and garden setting, perfect for slow afternoons and peaceful sunsets.
Each room also includes its own TV with DSTV, Netflix & Disney+, offering comfort and privacy when desired.
We are still completing the renovations, with big dreams for this special home, but our doors are open and we are welcoming residents from 1 July.
