Let's talk stability.

Our bodies are wonderful machines that allow us to do amazing things. That being said, they require a large amount of support and stability.

Without true stability and control, injury and dysfunction would occur and eventually disability.

One of the most important areas of support is our limbo-pelvic region. There are a tremendous amount of muscles the contract in rhythm to keep us upright and supported.

With exercises such as Yoga, Pilates and even Dance, we can keep these muscles strong and happy.

Does this look familiar?

Many of our clients are children and teenagers suffering from neck and back pain issues as a result of their extended screen time.

These prolonged postures result in tight muscles around the neck and back resulting in pain and discomfort. It may also lead to weakening of the core and postural muscles. This may lead to poor endurance when sitting which can affect a child's ability to concentrate during class and homework.

By limiting screen time and creating proper work spaces for children to complete their homework, you can prevent your little one from struggling with this pain.
