🧬 Tumour heterogeneity means that cancer cells within the same tumour - or between different tumours in the same patient - are not all identical.
They can differ in their genes, appearance, behavior, and response to treatment. This is one of the main reasons cancer is hard to treat. example : Chemotherapy given
