🔆 Professional, knowledgeable and friendly Physiotherapy service (creating a judgement-free space, and allowing patients to feel comfortable to talk about what they’re going through)

🔆 Our amazing practice manager - Charmaine King - who handles all the medical aid submissions and liaises with the medical aids on behalf of the patient. In some instances, advocating on behalf of patients for further treatment and funding from scheme benefits together with information provided by the physiotherapists.

🔆 Our punctuality and time keeping - respecting that everyone’s time is important.

🔆 Offering open communication within the session - educating patients about their condition and bodies and how to best manage this; as well as around our sessions - with automated appointment confirmations and reminders, always keeping you up to date.

🔆 Finally, our commitment to recovery with the use of the + App provided by . The app allows us to generate comprehensive programs which are sent directly to the app on your phone - watch videos, track pain and even record yourself doing the exercises. Reminder notifications pop up on the days you are scheduled to do your exercises, according to your customised program!

It’s taken 5 years, 9 months and 23 days to get here… we’ve survived through COVID, and we continue to push!

Thank you to the physios that have worked in our practice over the years! You’ve each brought your own flavour and character but above all have been dedicated to helping patients get better!
