I am an anti-ageing, health and wellness consultant. I work with busy, working Moms and career women to improve their health, wellbeing and energy levels. I offer a range of anti-ageing skin care products and supplements which are designed to make you look and feel younger. I also offer weightloss and nutritional advice and programmes based on international nutrition expert Patrick Holford's low GL eating approach. As a result, you will tools and knowledge to enable you to lose weight, improve your energy levels, take years off your appearance and have more self-esteem and confidence. I also offer crystal and energy healing sessions, which work on a number of health conditions, particularly anxiety, stress and depression.
