Our next Yoga Teacher Training is starting in March.

This 500 hour internationally and locally accredited course is run over a whole year to allow you to absorb& assimilate the vast philosophy, wisdom and to integrate yogic lifestyle changes into your everyday.

The Sandton Yoga Lounge Teacher Training is a course like no other where you are guided, mentored and taught in the authentic yoga spirit of a beautiful lineage of yogis.

You will learn not one but two styles of teaching yoga asana!

Whether you would like to learn to teach or simply learn more about yourself, all sincere seekers are welcome. 🙏

- Repurposed grain silos’ turned into bedroom pods with two beds ( bunk bed style) in each. Shared bathrooms are separate. A glamping experience unique to Sima Kade

- R5700 per person sharing or R6700 single occupancy

Stone tower retreat package:

-Tall rock structures perched on the slope with large glass windows, a butterfly roof and lovely views. Each of the towers have two beds and an ensuite bathroom.

- R6700 per person sharing or R7700 single occupancy

Catering:
A full and delicious vegetarian menu is included, along with beverages and snacks.

Our chef, Melissa is an expert in vegetarian cuisine, with a wide range of signature dishes and fresh ingredients that guest have come to know and love. Vegan options are also available upon request.
