What could be better than ending your week with a sacred Sound Bath?

Lying comfortably on a mat with your eyes closed and your heart open is all that is required.

What is sound healing?

Sound healing uses sound waves to relax the body and bring it into a parasympathetic state. The harmonious vibrations produced by the bowls and other instruments help clear energetic blocks and optimise the flow of energy in the parts of the body where it is required, promoting healing in those areas. Benefits of sound healing can include but are not limited to, reduced stress, lower blood pressure, better pain management and improved sleep.
