Last week the Worship Centre Maranatha held a Valentine Fundraising Dinner in Ashbury.

The theme: Love for yourself and your neighbor/ community.

We want to thank them for inviting Breede River Hospice, Priscilla Brown to be part of the event.

Wat 'n ongelooflike aand met die Omgee Omgee trappers. Hulle het die mooi bedrag van R160 000 ingesamel en bly hoopvol om nog so paar rand binne die volgende week in te kry.

Breede River Hospice is so trots dat hulle ons gekies het om fondse in te samel om nuwe beddens vir BRAM Care Centre te koop.

Our Hospice staff traded their usual capes (aka scrubs!) for actual super suits this morning to celebrate International NPO Day. 💚

We’re sending a huge shout-out to all the incredible organizations in the Langeberg and across the Western Cape. Whether you’re fighting for health, education, or social justice—keep being the real-life superheroes our community needs. You are seen, you are appreciated, and you are amazing!

Calling all superheroes! 🦸‍♂️🚴‍♀️

In just 2 weeks, the incredible Omgee trappers will be taking on the Cape Town Cycle Tour to raise funds for new beds at Bram Care Centre! They've been training hard, and the staff and patients are SO excited and grateful.

But they need YOU to be their sidekick in this final stretch!

Your donation, big or small, is their superpower. Let's help them replace those beds and bring comfort to those who need it most.

Met die afgelope reen was daar groot gate en poele water, soveel so dat die ambulans verlede week nie 'n pasient wou optel en Kaapstad toe vervoer nie.

Ons is vanoggend Baie dankbaar vir die hulp verleen deur Councilor Pauline Hess en Direkteur Lourens. Hulle het spoedig gehelp om die pad vir ons by Bram Care Centre toeganklik te Maak.

Daar is tog baie goeie/behulpsame mense/leiers by Langeberg Municipality.
