‼️🚨🚨long post alert!! LIFE UPDATE!!!!!

So I’ve given it so much thought, and if I was being 100% honest with myself, the bodybuilding wellness division isn’t really the goal that I want for myself. I’m so proud of myself to seeing my comp through, and committing to what Wellness needed and that category. But I’ve decided that I want to rather focus on a show that’s more aligned with the goals that I want for myself physically.

And along with that I’m so grateful that made me fit into the wellness category so well!! I’m am 1000% confident in his insane coaching abilities to guide me into this next show💪🤩

In one of my last sessions with she mentioned there’s a show coming up, but I didn’t think much of it. As the weeks progressed after my previous show, my mind kept thinking about this comp that she spoke about. And when she shared IG page with me, I got INSTANTLY SO intimidated 🤣😂😂 this scary feeling of wondering if I could ever do this kind show is exactly the reason WHY I want to do it🙌🤩💪

Your goals should scare you!! Your goals should be so big and ambitious that you wonder if they are attainable 🤯 that’s what I’m chasing💪💪💪 a better version of me!! A stronger leaner and fitter version of me🙌 a chance to dig even deeper and PUSH HARDER than before🥳💪

I know, with my baby and his incredible motivation on the daily, I can do it🙌🙌 He’s the one that’s been able to put me in a place where he convinces me that I can do ANYTHING that I put my mind to. To say he has been incredible, would be the worlds 🌎 biggest understatement ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

THIS🤌🤌🤌 it’s my biggest hack to creating and MAINTAINING the habit of exercising and being active!

When you take the novelty away from training being this MAJOR thing that you DO.. you quietly leave room for the habit to take over your daily life as if it’s no big deal!!! 🤐

Instead of telling people about your “new habit”, where you are then placing it on a pedestal, speak about how good you are feeling about yourself, what your goals are for yourself etc etc. 💥 💥

I see ALOT of “all or nothing” mentality’s in my industry, and it’s always my aim to help people create a LIFESTYLE around being active and healthy.

The first step is to be active!
Don’t tell anyone.
Keep working hard in silence.
Keep putting in the yards.
Notice how GOOD it makes you feel
How you are feeling, have that be your FOCUS.
Create a life where you feel like you NEED TO MOVE to feel good!
And just like that, you’ve got it nailed💪🙌

Did you know this about eggs??🧐🧐🧐

I was literally advising a client of mine yesterday about how to go about building her plate of food when on holiday, and there’s a HUGE breakfast buffet of yummy things! 🫢

Nevermind the judgement that comes along with what your family thinks when you put your plate together.. LIKE WHY IS THERE ALWAYS LOW-KEY JUDGEMENT when a woman puts a GANG LOAD of food on her plate.. asking for a friend🥴

But seriously! There’s no crime in filling your plate with a truck load of egg WHITES, and all the fruit! Maybe a slice of toast and I’m calling this a GREAT choice for a holiday breakfast meal buffet style! 🥳🙌🙌

Especially because I feel like for the average person, we just don’t see ENOUGH protein emphasis for that breakfast meal too! So choose EGG WHITES😍

Here’s your weekly reminder to MAKE SURE that the foods you choose to eat, are the ones that you TRULY enjoy eating💪💪

It sounds so simple but it could be a reason why you aren’t feeling “satisfied” with your meals. You’re eating what you “think” you “should” be eating, instead of finding what it is you ENJOY and working it back from there to make it fit into your goals💪💪💪

If you’ve ever been my client, you’ll know I say this all the time but it makes SUCH a difference when transitioning from dieting to maintenance where you know have to increase calories.

It’s all about building MAINTAINABLE habits with foods that will realistically fit into your life!

I'm sure at ONE point or another, you've rolled your eyes (or wanted to) at some oke DOWNING a gross-looking watery protein shake in one those shaker bottles, and thought to yourself.. "What is with this fuss?🙄" "Is it even worth it?😬" "Does it magically make you get muscle?🫢" "I don't want to get bulky, I won't do that😶"

Here are some STRAIGHT FORWARD FACTS:
✅It is EXTREMELY difficult to actually BUILD muscle as a female. We have genetically MUCH LOWER levels of testosterone compared to males. So getting extremely BULKY CAN NOT HAPPEN EASILY, or OVERNIGHT! Simply not possible!
*
✅If you want to get lean, "toned", firmer, stronger, BUILDING muscle is the OOOONLY way to go! Muscle gives you that firmness and definition through strength/resistance training.
*
✅If you do not EAT enough PROTEIN, when losing weight you WILL LOSE muscle along with fat. Meaning you will be left with a smaller but SOFTER body, with little fat AND little muscle (hello limp skin). You should be eating at the very minimum 0.9g protein per kilogram of bodyweight. (More ideal levels are closer to 1.6-2.2g/kg)

✅Cooked meats in grams, do NOT give you that same amount of protein content. Meaning 100g of grilled chicken breast contains around 30g of protein, not 100g of protein.
*
✅ Protein takes the most energy to digest! And stays in our systems for a LONGER while compared to carbs. Meaning it keeps US FULLER FOR LONGER! So if you are feeling like you aren't getting full after eating meals, UP the protein content of that meal!
*
✅Protein powders are NOT essential UNLESS you struggle to hit your protein targets - that is when they can be a VERY CONVENIENT option to help you out. Look for ones with at least 20g protein per serving.
*
✅ Are you including a protein at your breakfast meal? This is the most common mealtime severely lacking protein for most people.
*
The point is, making PROTEIN a PRIORITY will help you reach your goals SOOO MUCH QUICKER 💪💪💪

Things that you tell yourself are "BAD" for you literally don't have to be🤔. The way I see it.. all foods have CALORIES🔢

Some have MORE🍕🍟🍔 and some have LESS🥗🥦🍅

If we working on FAT LOSS all we trying to do is make sure we are staying in a calorie deficit. So we are burning🏃💃MORE than we are eating 🥘🍲
That means if you craving some delicious PANCAKES 🥞 with Nutella 🍫 and ice cream🍦.. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS...

FIT THEM into your calories AND BOOM YOU ARE STILL GETTING RESULTS💥💥💥

But that’s what I signed up for!!! It’s not called 75hard for no reason. It’s a challenge, not necessarily for physical change, but to test yourself mentally🫢

Can you challenge yourself to do difficult uncomfortable things… as it turns out.. you end up being stronger than you think🫣

Can’t wait to see where this journey takes me as we carry on! Thank you to for the inspiration for the challenge😁 and thank you to my gorgeous baby for being my daily motivation🥺💪
