We teach the original New York method in a private studio situated on a beautiful small holding in Poortview Roodepoort. We strive to assist you in developing your body uniformly and to correct postural alignment through core stabilization, enabling you to utilise whole muscle groups for integrated, efficient and exuberant movement.
