Help24 EMS were in attendance at a Off Road Quad Bike incident.

On arrival Help24 EMS Cews ensured scene safety and started assessing 1 patient with multiple traumatic injuries.

Due to the extent of the patient's injuries and the remote location of the incident a clinical decision was made to activate Rocket HEMS Air Ambulance.

Advanced Life Support Recourses from Netcare911 arrived shortly to assist on scene.

With Teamwork between Help24 EMS and Netcare911 the patient was stabilized and treated the patient with Advanced Life Support Treatment.

Rocket HEMS landed on scene and the patient was flown by Air Ambulance to a Specialised Medical Facility for further medical treatment.

Help24 EMS were in attendance at a Motor Vehicle Accident cnr Main reef rd and Robert.

On arrival Help24 EMS Cews ensured scene safety and started assessing the scene and found multiple patients on scene with injuries that varied from minor to fatal.

Help24 EMS Team immediately requested Fire & Rescue resources and additional ambulances to the scene.

A Multi Agency Team consisting of Help24 EMS , City Of Joburg Fire Department Netcare911 Rescue, Gauteng EMS Rescue and ER24 worked hand in hand go insure all patients was taken care of.

All patients were assessed and transported to a suitable medical facilities for further medical care.

Recourses from Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department were on scene to determine the cause of the accident.

Help24 EMS were in attendance at a Motor Vehicle Collins down into a Wet-Land Dam

On arrival Help24 EMS Cews ensured scene safety and started assessing the scene and found a pick up truck submerged in the water next to a bridge with 2 occupants sitting on top.

Help24 EMS Team immediately requested additional Fire & Rescue resources to the scene.

A Multi Agency Team consisting of Help24 EMS , City Of Joburg Fire Department Netcare911 Rescue, Gauteng EMS Rescue, ER24 Rescue & ECSA a plan was put in place to preform a High Angle Rescue to safely bring the patients to the roadway.

One of our Help24 EMS High Angle Rescue Practitioners geared up and was sent down to assess patients and bring them up.

With Fantastic Multi Agency Teamwork both patients were safely Rescued from the submerged vehicle in the Wet-Land Dam.

Both patients were assessed and later transported in stable conditions to a suitable medical facility for further medical care.

Recourses from Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department were on scene to determine the cause of the accident.

This Morning the Management of Help24 EMS was informed the Tragic News that one of our staff members had passed away.

It is with great sadness to inform all our loyal Clients, Service Providers , Service Partners and Community that Mokgadi Manti well known as Manti one of our Basic Life Support Medics has tragically passed away after a short sudden illness.

Help 24 EMS received a call for a Motor vehicle accident with a taxi and a car involved.

On arrival we found two patient onscene. Scene safety was ensured. All the patient was assessed and fortunately two patients had minor injuries.

Both patients was transported to the most appropriate medical facility. The scene was handed over to JMPD.

[Wilgeheuwel]

On arrival a three vehicle accident was found with multiple injuries. 2 patients was found entrapped in a vehicle.

Crews immediatly started treatment. 1 patient was flown to hospital in critical condition and 2 other patients was transported to the closest appropriate facilities.
