Important Update – Please Read
Hi everyone, just wanted to share something very upsetting that happened this morning. Our car — a Toyota Cross ✝️ — was stolen during the Rainhill Parkrun 🏃♂️, which we attend most weekends. Along with the car, our phones and several personal belongings were taken.
The car has since been recovered, but unfortunately the perpetrators still have our home remotes, my Suzuki car key (which was in the Toyota), and they now know our home address.
Even more concerning — the Toyota was stolen without the key, as my husband had it on him the entire time.
As we usually do, we left our phones on silent and keys in the cubby of the car while running — something we’ve done many times before, never imagining this would happen.
💛 A huge thank you to the two incredibly kind gentlemen who let us use their phones and even gave us a lift to our children’s home so we could try to get spare house keys. Your help and kindness meant the world to us in that moment, and we’re truly grateful.
