A healthy lifestyle can help you thrive. But making healthy choices isnโ€™t always easy. It can be hard to find the time and energy to exercise regularly or prepare healthy meals. If you do, however, your efforts will pay off in a big way.

๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ Be physically active for at least 30 minutes most days of the week.
๐Ÿ Eat a well-balanced, low-fat diet with lots of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
๐Ÿšญ Donโ€™t smoke or quit if you do.
๐Ÿธ Use alcohol in moderation, but completely refrain from drinking before driving or when pregnant.
๐Ÿฆท Brush your teeth after meals with a soft or medium-bristled toothbrush. Also, brush after drinking and before going to bed. Floss daily!
โ˜€๏ธ Stay out of the sun, especially between 10:00 and 15:00 when the sunโ€™s harmful rays are strongest. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen that guards against both UVA and UVB rays.

Weโ€™re all too familiar with the idea: Youโ€™ve been trying to lose weight for ages, but the scale does not want to budge. The reality is that diets often promise a lot, but leave you feeling frustrated, deprived and demotivated.

This is one reason why the Body Lean Diet Plan was created in 1998. We want to assist people to lose weight in a nutritious way while also maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

The Body Lean Diet is a 10 week program. Your journey to a healthier, happier you will commence with our qualified and passionate team compiling a tailor-made and carbohydrate controlled eating plan with you. You will also receive a few exercise guidelines to follow to make your journey a happy one.
