BEING OVERWEIGHT CAN AFFECT YOUR S*X LIFE: Here is how & why.

Being overweight can affect your s*x life in several well-documented ways, both physically and psychologically.
Physical Effects
Erectile dysfunction: Excess body fat, especially abdominal fat, is strongly linked to ED. A 2021 meta-analysis found that men with obesity are 3 times more likely to experience ED. Main reasons:
Reduced testosterone (fat tissue converts testosterone to estrogen)
Vascular damage (obesity accelerates atherosclerosis, reducing pe**le blood flow)
Inflammation and endothelial dysfunction
Reduced libido (both s*xes): Obesity is associated with lower testosterone in men and hormonal imbalances in women, which often lowers s*x drive.
Female s*xual dysfunction: Studies show higher rates of arousal difficulties, lubrication issues, or**sm problems, and s*xual pain in women.
Sleep apnea: Very common in obesity; it causes chronic fatigue and morning headaches that kill s*xual interest.
Psychological Effects
Poor body image = lower s*xual confidence = less initiation of s*x or avoidance altogether
Higher rates of depression and anxiety in obesity, both of which are major libido killers
Partner dynamics: Some (but not all) partners report lower attraction when a spouse gains significant weight.

Time to move away from toxic substances like Botox and fillers that are temporary anyway. Educate yourself on using healthy substances and learn about myofacscial release & instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM).
For years I have been focused only on the body, but in recent years I have gained so much knowledge on the face and how we need to train it and take care of it just like our bodies.

THE DOWNSIDE OF LOSING WEIGHT TOO QUICKLY.

1. Rapid weight loss (2 kg or more per week) increases the risk of gallstone formation by 10–25 times in the first few months.
2. The liver secretes extra cholesterol into the bile when fat is mobilized quickly; bile becomes supersaturated and forms stones.
3. Severe calorie restriction or nutrient deficiency shocks hair follicles into the resting phase. It stops growing and even becomes brittle.
4. The liver can become overwhelmed trying to process this sudden influx of free fatty acids.
5. The body breaks down muscle for energy when you are on an extremely low calorie meal plan. Once glycogen (stored carbs) is depleted, your body starts breaking down muscle tissue to get amino acids it can convert into glucose (via gluconeogenesis). Studies show that in very low-calorie diets, 20–30% or more of the weight lost can come from lean muscle mass (not fat).

LOW-CALORIE BROWNIES
(Makes 9 brownies — about 90–100 calories each)

INGREDIENTS
* 1 medium ripe banana (about 100g — natural sweetness + moisture)
* 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
* 2 tbsp oat flour (blend oats into fine powder)
* 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce or Greek yogurt
* 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)
* 1 large egg (or 1 tbsp flaxseed + 3 tbsp water for vegan)
* ½ tsp baking powder
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* Pinch of salt

Optional: 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips or chopped walnuts (adds 20 cal per serving)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
Line a small square baking pan (15×15 cm or 6×6 inch) with parchment paper.
2. Mash banana in a bowl until smooth.
Add cocoa powder, oat flour, applesauce, egg, vanilla, honey, baking powder, and salt.
Stir until fully combined (no dry pockets).
3. Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
4. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
(Don’t overbake — brownies stay soft as they cool.)
5. Cool completely before slicing into 9 squares.

NUTRITION (per brownie, approx.)
Calories: 95
Protein: 3 g
Carbs: 14 g
Fat: 3 g
Sugar: 6 g
Fiber: 2 g

TIPS (optional)
* Replace banana with ½ cup pumpkin puree for a milder flavor.
* Add 1 scoop chocolate protein powder for extra protein — reduce oat flour slightly.
* For ultra low-calorie: skip honey and add a few drops of stevia or monk fruit instead
