Pick a goal, then reverse-engineer what needs to happen to get there in 90 days
Have A Solution-Oriented Mindset
“What would I have to do that would make it unreasonable that I didn’t get a sale?”
Your success is directly proportional to the amount of effort you put in–more reps, more progress.
Wealth is a byproduct of relentless ex*****on.
Win In A World Where Other People Are Better
“Being right has zero value. All I want to do is win.”
Stay focused on:
1. Getting good at something hard
2. Loving the process
3. Serving others
4. Repeating daily
There is no magic bullet for success.
Don’t Listen To The Opinions Of Those Closest To You
Most of the time, they don’t have a business that THEY THEMSELVES started. Yet they will tell you, “do this…” “do that…”
Don't listen to them.
Seek counsel ONLY from those who have achieved what you're pursuing.
Translate Passions Into Ideals
You don’t have to love your business to be successful.
Most founders I talk with think the opposite. As Alex puts it: “Forget passion, focus on becoming excellent.”
This is how you win the infinite-game.
Identify Your One True Constraint
“A system will grow until it is constrained and will grow no further.”
