I'm soo proud of myself. I really did not want to go for a run and my head provided me with soo many reasonable excuses on why it justifiable not to go... I even napped for 10min and that little voice inside, said "remember you posted, you show up regardless"🤣🤣🤣🤣 so I just had to show up regardless!!!

On the 15th Oct, I'm starting another lap. I'm soo much more energetic. I feel like I'm winning my mind back. I have forgotten my goals for a minute... The last challenge has cleared my goal... I love the shift.

My excuses are most times soo loud, that it seems impossible to shut them down. They make soo many valid justifications. And I'm just promising myself to show up to my eating plan, show up to my workout schedule... Just show up... And for some reason, then shut down as soon as I take action. So the rule, show up as quickly as possible because, the longer I stay without action, the loude the excuses becomes. To Become a better version of myself, I must be Stronger that the damn excuses😊
