Our Story

I have a keen interest in positive psychology and therapy with adults, adolescents and children. I specialize in Narrative Therapy and also thoroughly enjoy psychometric assessments. The practice has two legs: EAP services to large companies in the Rustenburg area and private work. The EAP service is built on four pillars: emotional wellness, physical wellness, legal wellness and financial wellness. It is a free service for employees of participating organisations and their direct dependents. In my private practice I offer a variety of services, including psychotherapy, marriage counselling, career counselling and assessment, parental guidance and support, scholastic evaluations (including school readiness assessments and psychometric evaluations with regards to scholastic / learning problems and attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder). My approach to therapy aims to be short-term (1-8 sessions), empowering and customized according to each client 's needs and circumstances. Fees are charged per hour consultation, at standard rates recommended by the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF).
