I am a Counselling Psychologist with 35 years of experience. My practice is situated in St Helena Bay but also servicing the West Coast areas of Vredenburg , Langebaan , Saldanha , Velddrif, and Hopefield.

I tend to use the cognitive model – when I do therapy. It provides a framework to change thoughts and to facilitate change in a practical manner that is based on the client’s needs and problems. I also focus on the positives in a client’s life.
