I had a dream some time ago where I was drowning under water, but just as someone was pulling me up and out of the water, I was suspended in the depths of the water and I saw something beyond. I couldn't make it what though.

This dream stayed with me for a few days, and the more time that had passed, the more it felt like there was something THERE for me.

Thankfully, I learnt that you can re-enter a dream if you so wish (thank you Krista for teaching me this).

I went back into the dream, to the hole in the ice where I was rescued and my ocean guide took me down deep into the waters.

Deep into a kelp forest where things can be lost, buried, forgotten to time, and man's eyes.

I discovered ancient ruins amongst the kelp. The structure barely standing, seemingly insignificant.

I checked in with my ocean guide and my soul if this is what I saw when I was suspended in the depths and time, and got a definite YES so I went to explore further.

I learnt that this was a temple once upon a time. The people who would gather in this temple lived in harmony with nature, especially the trees because once the whole temple was covered in foliage, vines, and tree branches. It was part of the building, just as the rocks in its walls and floors. For them there was no separation between them as beings and what was nature.

I was shown that when they would gather in circle together, they'd meet with Source (The Great Spirit of All), this sphere of immaculate, divine light and energy right in the center of their circle.

It felt to me like this temple was sort of an electrical hub, simply powered by Consciousness.

They showed me how when they'd gather in circle like this, they could connect to other people anywhere on Earth, and even beings on other planets. It was an interconnected web of light that connected them to each other, and other beings.

Isn't that a beautiful depiction of how deeply we truly are connected, even if we have much forgotten that in today's time?

Spread your wings and fly.

I haven't had the space to draw the last few months as I was physically healing my body (a story for another day.)

While it was never my plan because I simply wanted to just draw today, I'd now say that this mandala is inspired by the birds I see daily on my walks.

The tiny little ones that chirp back to me when I talk to them, the heron that sits on the rocks, the seagulls that sit on the lamp posts and I swear laugh at me like giggle teenagers, and the 2 couples of hadedas always having their breakfast and minding their own business.

They've become like friends to me these past few months.

And they brought such a beautiful reminder: spread your wings and fly, just do it (whatever it is).

There's no need to rush.

I know you have 1001 things to do and the task list gets longer and longer, but you're going to get there one task at the time so what's the point in rushing?

What do you achieve by rushing through tasks, your meals, your life? You're like a car that keeps on going and going at a high speed to miss everything running beside you. You see nothing besides rushing off to the next task in autopilot.

So I ask what's the point in rushing?

A mandala of healing and light.

I've been doing a fair bit energetic work and love to support my body this week.

I asked myself what would healing look like as a mandala, how could that translate? This is what transpired.

Healing looks a lot like light to me. Channels lighting up as the energy moves and swirls in, or is directed into the body. Pathways that were dark or domant, like a room without a light turned on, turn on and brighten.

If a little healing is what you need today, focus on the mandala, let the energy grow and surround you, then soak it into your body and direct it where you want it to go, or spread throughout the body.

I drew this mandala on Sunday after doing an insightful journey to Neptune.

So I am a bit late sharing it, but I wanted to share some of the message that came through:

"When your mind is so busy here, there, and everywhere, then you are bound to lose touch with your magic and ultimately your purpose. You are going to flounder around feeling lost. It's like a river branching off into every direction only to find each branch eventually drying out. Come back to yourself, come back to your soul, realign with your purpose and share your magic once again."

Neptune is said to be the windy planet and looking at my mandala now, I can feel that windy element to it. You feel like you're almost in the center of a tornado.

What vibe do you pick up from this mandala?

Just before bed last night, I felt that ni**le to draw so I picked up my pen and the 10 minutes I've been dedicating to mandala energy turned into a lot more.

Sometimes you get lost in the magic when you surrender to it that time begins to truly feel bendy.

I have begun work on Moldavite's mandalas - have you ever worked with this tektite?

I am loving how it's keeping me guessing.

It will only show and guide me to a certain point and then it will go in a completely different direction.

This mandala has already begun to be quite intricate and complex, with parts weaving into each other and then some UBER geometric patterning.

I can't wait to complete my favourite lil lettuce leaf's mandala!

Mini moments of magic in the studio ✨

I've been back in the studio the past few days photographing Moldavite to draw, but I also pulled up my granny cotton panties and began drawing Quila's memorial mandala.

I've been putting it off for months now since she past, because when you lose someone you love, a little light goes out inside of you. In your grieving, it takes time to find that light again.

What has been the most soothing to my heart through this process is that Floki has sat with me through almost every moment I took to draw her mandala. I didn't feel so alone and that brought me peace.

It wasn't until yesterday when he layed his head on my lap to sleep that I realised this, and could acknowledge this small moment of magic in my life.

The magic in our lives isn't always in the grand moments and experiences. Sometimes it's in the seemingly inconsequential moments you'd not bat an eye for... But those moments hold HUGE magic when we sink into it.

A message from selenite + a reminder: clear your energy.

Every day.
Especially when you've had a hard day, after you've been sick or had a big argument, and after strangers were in your home.

But most importantly, clear your f**king social media feeds.

Stop following:
❌People who make you feel like s**t.
❌Plastic and fake people.
❌People or pages who only complain, or who ONLY post negative things because drama sells.

We consume so much more than the evening 7 o'clock news these days, as we're plugged in from the moment we wake up to when we go sleep. And we wonder why we're so wired when we consume other people's content that's trashier than trashy reality TV.

Clear your f**king social media feeds please.

How do you connect with nature during the winter?

Lately I've found myself stealing some time in the afternoons to sit outside in the sunshine and just breathe. I listen to all the sounds and just breathe. It leaves me feeling refreshed before I go back inside to continue my day.

It's amazing how rejuvenating and relaxing these small, simple actions are, especially when you incorporate the breath into them. Our days should be filled with more moments like this.
