Our baby boy has arrived, and we’ve been enjoying all the soft newborn sounds. Becoming a mom has brought a whole new appreciation for sound, connection, and the tiny things that matter most.

If spring has you sneezing, sniffling, and feeling pressure in your ears, you’re not imagining it.
Allergies can cause your Eustachian tubes (which connect your middle ear to the back of your nose) to become inflamed or blocked.
This can lead to:
🔹 A feeling of fullness in the ear
🔹 Muffled hearing
🔹 Ear pain or popping sounds
💡 Tip: Managing your allergy symptoms and staying hydrated can help reduce ear pressure. But if the discomfort lingers, it’s worth having your hearing and middle ear function checked, especially during allergy season.
