Join beautiful, vibrant Jess for Nia Dance the next two Saturdays from 10.30-11.30am ๐Ÿค

Nia is a holistic movement practice that blends dance, martial arts, and healing arts into a joyful, deeply embodied experience.

Rather than following strict choreography, Nia invites you to listen inward, to move from sensation, breath, emotion, and impulse. Each class becomes a moving meditation, supporting presence, creativity, and connection between body, mind, and spirit.

Through dynamic yet accessible movement, music, and guided awareness, participants are encouraged to explore how the body feels rather than how it looks. This cultivates greater self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and a sense of freedom within the body.

Nia supports strength, mobility, emotional expression, and energetic flow, while creating a safe, inclusive space for all bodies and levels of experience. Movements can be adapted to suit individual needs, allowing you to move at your own pace and honour your bodyโ€™s wisdom.

Expect moments of play, grounding, flow, and stillness. A practice that mirrors life itself and invites you into deeper relationship with yourself.

No previous dance or movement experience required.

This session is R220pp and is considered a workshop or specialty class.

๐ŸคŽ Ali is back on the schedule teaching her 75min Ashtanga class, starting this Tuesday!
๐ŸคŽ Kids Yoga Term 2 has begun and is open for enrolment
๐ŸคŽ Tuesday eveningโ€™s class has shifted from a Strong Flow to a Fluid Mobility Flow
๐ŸคŽ Ash will be stepping away from teaching at the end of April to step into this next chapter of motherhood, please come to one of her classes to wish her well before then!
๐ŸคŽ I have added a 6.15pm Pranayama, Mantra & Meditation class to my weekly offerings, it begins this week!
๐ŸคŽ We are trialling a 9.30am Yin class on a Thursday mornings, depending on attendance this will stay on the schedule or be removed in May. Vote with your attendance!
๐ŸคŽ We have a new teacher in the space, Amy, who is now teaching a 5pm Slow Flow class on Thursday evenings. Please support her in the Kฤya way as she begins her teaching journey!

Join us this Saturday for Sacred Sounds from the Heart ๐ŸคŽ

This gathering invites us to step out of the ego mind, where we can connect ton some powerful vibrations and allow them to flow through us.

This is an invitation to a collective opening and surrendering into the space of the heart. The sound of Sanskrit, mantras and sacred songs can connect deeply with many of us and to the deepest parts of ourselves.

Singing/chanting, offers us a chance to bring awareness into the present, to practice deep listening and connect with sounds from the heart.

This is not a performance. There are no expectations.
This is a heart centred aspect of yoga where we can remember and reconnect to our truth. It offers us a way back to our hearts.

This offering is donation based, with all donations going to a charity that we choose as a group on the day.
