With over a decade of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, my journey has taken me to some incredible places. I’ve worked in one of the top health spas in the UK, the luxurious French Alps ski resorts, and even had the honor of massaging Prince William and Kate. From London, I transitioned to working on luxury yachts, where I honed my skills in providing world-class care and personalized treatments. These experiences gave me a deep appreciation for creating spaces where people feel pampered and rejuvenated. When I arrived in Salt Rock, I knew it was the perfect place to bring my dream to life. Our Story

I’m Originally from the UK and moved over to South Africa to be with my fiancé. I have been here for a year and a half and have fallen in love with not only SA but the people and lifestyle. I have been in the beauty industry for over 6 years. Some of my best experiences have to be working in one of the top Health Spas in the UK, the French Apls Ski Resorts and the opportunity to massage Prince William & Kate. From London I went on to work on the Luxury Yachts and after a few years of fantastic life experience, I decided to make the move to Salt Rock. Moving to this town only inspired me to follow my dream of opening my own spa. Working with the Elemis Product range over the years and seeing the results they bring, I have decided to bring this British Luxury Skin care brand to The North Coast. Along with the world class Elemis products, I will also be bringing one of the top Anti aging professional machines from Europe to Ballito. Currently my machine is one of four in South Africa. Laura Channing Spa & Skin at The Ballito House is a place where you can leave daily stresses at the door. I believe my motto, 'Walk in, Float out" says it all.
