Welcome to Seven Star Energy Centre

Founded in 2008 and conveniently situated in Parkmore, Johannesburg, the centre is a holistic home to practices that benefit both body and mind. The centre offers traditional Russian Kettlebells, Primal Move, MovNat, body weight training, personal and group training, boot camp style programmes, corporate and estate training offerings, meditation and breathing practices and has treatment rooms for use by body practitioners.
