This journey is not only about deepening my clinical practice but also reconnecting with lifelong colleagues from my time at Boston Children’s Hospital in the 1980s — a place that shaped so much of my foundation as a clinician.

A wonderful Visceral Manipulation 3 (VM3) course on the Pelvis was taught this weekend by Joanne Enslin, Instructor for the Barral Institute USA.
The course explored the intricate relationship between the prostate ligaments and the hip and back—revealing how internal structures can profoundly influence posture and mobility.
One of the standout moments came from a participating CrossFit athlete who experienced a dramatic change. After receiving treatment, he shared that he was able to perform a deep squat—something he hadn’t been able to do for as long as he could remember. Notably, the pain in his left hip had significantly decreased.
The visible shift in posture and the functional changes observed in this case powerfully illustrate the impact of visceral manipulation.

Joanne Enslin Presents at ABC Africa Paediatric Chiropractic Symposium 🌟

It was a privilege to present Visceral ManipulatiPaediatricChiropracticPaediatricChiropractic Symposium, held at Fire & Ice, Melrose Arch.

We explored the vital role of the organ and fascial systems in paediatric musculoskeletal balance — and how these often-overlooked structures influence digestion, posture, and overall wellbeing.

Thank you to the organisers and attendees for an inspiring day of collaboration in advancing integrative care for children.
