The body responds very differently to planned distance versus unplanned distance.📈
We set out for 8 miles and ended up doing one extra — a great real-time lesson in load tolerance, fatigue management, and movement quality under stress.🏊♀️
Doing it for a cause with made the experience even more meaningful. When movement is tied to purpose, it becomes about more than performance. 🐾
