CORPORATE WELLNESS DAY:

Corporate wellness days are about empowering staff members by breeding a happier, more productive employee. We Guide them through the process of developing a vision for their well-being by initiating a healthier mindset whilst promoting healthier habits.

We Provide employees with practical and accessible programs and ideas by Offering wellness campaigns (approximately 12 weeks long) to challenge employees to strive harder both for their health and in the work environment. We offer fitness education through health screens and Tutorials.

EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS:

Our job is to help employee develop healthier mindsets by conducting Workshops which will focus on areas in nutrition, exercise, weight loss, to***co cessation, stress management and the following;

Healthy kitchen workshop

Exercise Routine program.
