PACHA BEAUTY is the new name for my SKINCARE ⬇️ WHY?
The previous names weren't easy to say, nor were they catchy and didn't represent the skincare product well enough. I wanted a name that was easy to pronounce, said what the brand is about, the natural and organic ingredients I use, as well mean something to me, personally.
I'm fascinated by Ancient Inca mythology and appreciate the Sacred Andean guiding principles of MUNAY (unconditional love). LLANKAY (the power of action, labour, and creative expression). YACHAY (being yourself in an authentic and balanced way, and AYNI (sacred reciprocity, in nature and the cosmos), which is much like UBUNTU in South Africa.
PACHA is the concept of space-time - there is no past, present, or future - only an eternal present 🌌
PACHAMAMA – when directly translated from Quechua into English, is "World Mother" or "Mother Earth." In Inca mythology, Pachamama is the benevolent goddess that represents all of life on earth. 🌎 She is also described as the mother of both space-time and the entire material universe.
The new name, PACHA BEAUTY, was inspired by both PACHA and PACHAMAMA.
I have created a new Instagram and Facebook profile for PACHA BEAUTY where I will be sharing information about: Skin Types; Skin Conditions; Skincare Routines; Do's and Dont's; Skincare Myths; Skincare Products; Ingredient Research and Formulations.
I have registered a website domain and will launch the website that as soon as it's ready. I will also be creating a TikTok account as well.
