As it is Men’s Health Month, together with MushroomsSA we wanted to show that men can enjoy and benefit from eating lots of mushrooms. Gents we can actually take on the challenge by making mushroom based meals as post workout meals or even impress those beautiful ladies with a nice mushroom breakfast or branch that you prepared yourself.
